The AMTC25 Job Marketplace is back by popoular demand!

The Job Marketplace is not just another recruiting event—it's your direct path to meet highly qualified job-seekers, including graduates of the prestigious AAMS Critical Care Transport Academy. This 8-month, intensive program, led by flight crew members from across the country, equips candidates with essential clinical skills and hands-on training. Graduates complete live, high-fidelity simulations and visit real-life transport programs, ensuring they’re ready to excel in their careers.

But that’s not all. The Marketplace is open to all types of job-seekers attending AMTC25, giving you access to a wide spectrum of critical care professionals. Prior to the event, we’ll provide you with an aggregate list of the job types these candidates are seeking and their preferred locations—helping you target the talent that’s the best fit for your organization.

The 2025 Marketplace experience includes:

• Extended Hours: NEW THIS YEAR! The Job Marketplace will occur on both Monday, October 27th and October 28th to maximize your opportunities to meet with potential new hires. 

• Upgraded Job Marketplace Pavilion: NEW THIS YEAR! This year’s Job Marketplace Pavilion is strategically located directly along the main traffic route between the Exhibit Hall and General Session Room - ensuring that your booth is naturally seen by more attendees, multiple times a day.

• Designated, partially enclosed meeting spaces for each participating company. These upgraded spaces provide you with the perfect environment for more private and focused conversations with attendees, ensuring meaningful connections during the event.
  
  
• Access to the AMTC25 Digital Job Board: Submit your open positions to us and we’ll advertise the openings in advance (and in the AMTC25 mobile app) to help you and attendees maximize your experience.
  
  
• Professional Headshot Booth: A professional photographer will be available at the Job Marketplace to offer headshots exclusively to attendees of the Marketplace.
