With more than thirty years dedicated to helping others, Dr. Russell Griffin is an accomplished clinician, educator, and researcher in public safety. His career spans service as a United States Marine, Chief Officer in the Fire Service, and Critical Care Flight Paramedic. Russell completed his PhD at Oklahoma State University, where his research examined employee voice and the factors that influence whether individuals in high-risk occupations speak up or remain silent when facing hazardous situations. Passionate about connecting real-world experience with evidence-based research, Russell helps individuals and organizations strengthen safety culture and communication in high-risk environments. He is committed to saving lives by helping prevent accidents before they occur.
