Sarah Barber began her career as a flight paramedic with St. Alphonsus Life Flight in 2005. Following the 2009 merger with Life Flight Network, she spent some time working in dual capacity as a clinician and a Quality Manager. The company grew and evolved, eventually requiring a full-time Quality Manager. Over a decade later, a new opportunity arose, finding Sarah now excited to continue LFN’s outstanding QM program in the role of Director of Quality Management.

When she’s not collecting and analyzing data for continuous quality improvement, she can be found trail running with her dog and camping with her husband in the mountains of her home state, Idaho. Although she loves running on dirt, Sarah is an indiscriminate endurance athlete who has enjoyed bike racing, triathlon, and snowshoe running. Recovery is her newest cheat code as she embraces life as a masters athlete
