Teresa has been in nursing since 2015, with almost 9 of those years caring for children. She has experience working in hospitals caring for all acuity of pediatric patients - a few years in med-surg (including travel nursing), then a 3.5 years in the float pool in the PICU, cardiac ICU and NICU populations. She joined Children's Nebraska transport team in September of 2023. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Creighton University, then her nursing bachelor's degree from St. Louis University, and doctorate of nurse practitioner degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2022.
