Dr.Flint is trained in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Pediatric Critical Care. She serves as a faculty member in the pediatric cardiac ICU at Children's Mercy Hospital and has been the Pediatric Critical Care Transport Medical Director for CMH since 2020. She has been married for 20 years and has 2 daughters, ages 17 and 12.
