Karen has been a flight nurse for over 16 years between two organizations, caring for critically ill patients on the West Coast. She obtained her MSN and MBA and continues to advocate for excellence in patient care through current research and quality improvement initiatives. She has started in the Quality Management Manager role this year and enjoys the new learning opportunities in this space. She enjoys being outside with her dog and family for hiking, beach, and mountain adventures.
