Josh is a Flight Nurse and Paramedic for Corewell Health Aero Med, a hospital-based critical care air transport program based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Aero Med operates under its own Part 135 certificate and utilizes the Sikorsky S-76 to provide both interfacility and scene response across the full spectrum of pediatric and adult patients.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in 2011, followed by Paramedic certification from Creighton University in 2014. He later completed his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Arizona in 2021.

A flight clinician since 2018, Josh brings a diverse clinical background spanning adult and pediatric emergency care, long-term care, medical critical care, and cardiothoracic surgical care. In addition to his clinical role, Josh is actively involved in training and supporting neonatal and perfusion specialty transport teams, as well as playing a key role in program advancement through his work in outreach, clinical practice development, and clinical equipment mangement.
