Allen Wolfe is a Critical Care Nurse Specialist (CCNS)and Senior Director of Education at Life Link III in Minneapolis, MN. He has over 40 years of experience and 34 as a flight nurse and leader in the industry. He was CCNS of a Trauma Resuscitation Unit known as MedSTAR. Allen is also the leading LVAD expert in prehospital in the US. Allen is the editor of two of the industry-leading publications. In 2017, Allen was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding contribution to the industry. in 2024, he led his program to the AACN Beacon Gold Award becoming the only air medical program in the country to obtain this high honor.
