Jenn Killeen is an accomplished leader in air medical transport and critical care, serving as the Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at CareFlite, TX. With over two decades of experience in emergency and critical care transport, she is dedicated to advancing clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational innovation in both ground and air medical services.

Jenn is a faculty member at Leadership Incident Fortification Training (LIFT), where she shares her expertise in leadership, safety culture, and fatigue risk management. Her passion for flight medicine and commitment to safety are deeply personal, shaped by her experience as a Chief Flight Nurse during a mid-air HEMS collision in Flagstaff, Arizona, in 2008. This event continues to drive her mission to enhance safety systems, crew resilience, and organizational leadership in air medical transport.

Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership, and a Masters of Health Administration, Jenn combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership to implement high-impact quality and safety initiatives. Jenn is a respected voice in the air medical industry, frequently speaking on topics such as fatigue mitigation, high-acuity transport, and the evolving challenges of critical care aviation.
