Christina earned a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center's accelerated program in 2013.
She started her nursing career at Children's Nebraska Level IV NICU. After a few years, she continued her education at Creighton University where she obtained a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree (DNP) in 2019. Following graduation, she continued her work at Children's, the only full-service, pediatric hosptial and medical center in the state.
In 2024, Christina joined Children's Nebraska transport team, specializing in neonatal-specific transportation across the midwest. Christina focuses on providing the most up-to-date care for the frailest population by working widely within the organization in the both the Transport and NICU units.
