Callie Searley, MSN, RN, C-NPT, has been a nurse since 2005, after starting her healthcare journey as an EMT and emergency department technician at the University of Vermont Medical Center. After completing nursing school, she launched her nursing career in the Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where she was a member of the delivery room team attending high-risk deliveries.
In 2010, she brought her expertise to Colorado, joining the neonatal/pediatric flight team at Children's Hospital Colorado. Her passion for education and critical care transport led her to transition into the role of Clinical Education Specialist for the Children's One Flight Team in 2018. In this role, she participates in outreach and internal education efforts, specializing in neonatal and pediatric care for both new and experienced providers.
She holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus in Nursing Education and was a contributor for the American Academy of Pediatrics' Neonatal Education for Prehospital Providers (NEPP) program. She has presented at multiple conferences including AMTC and CCTMC.
