Kelly has twenty-eight plus years of service in public safety and emergency services, including twenty years in rotor-wing and fixed-wing air medical transport. He has served on the ICAPP Board of Directors, including a term as President. As the Clinical Operations Manager at Haiti Air Ambulance, Kelly provides direct patient care, clinical oversight, assists remote clinics as a primary care provider, performs statistical analysis, and develops education and protocols for clinical staff. Kelly also works part-time as the ER provider in rural critical access community hospitals in South Georgia.
