Mike is the Chief Operating Officer for MedFlight of Ohio and MedCare Ambulance, where he oversees all aspects of both helicopter and ground operations. With nearly three decades of experience in emergency services, his career began as an EMT and advanced through positions as a 911 paramedic, EMS director, and flight paramedic before moving into executive leadership. This progression has given him a unique perspective that bridges frontline care with strategic oversight, allowing him to understand the complex challenges of medical transportation from multiple angles.

A solutions-driven and collaborative leader, Mike is dedicated to strengthening operational efficiency and advancing innovation in the evolving air and ground transport industry. He is passionate about building strong teams, fostering a service-focused culture, and driving meaningful improvements that support patients, providers, and partners alike.
