Katrina Solaro, FP-C, MTSP-C, LIFT-C, has 19 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services and has been a dedicated member of the Care Flight team since 2016. In 2021, she transitioned to the role of Director of Safety, where she is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards within the organization. Katrina holds a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics and a master's degree in Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Her career demonstrates a strong commitment to integrating safety, human factors, and aeronautics in the air medical industry.
