Brad is a Clinical Quality Manager for Global Medical Response with over 15 years of leadership experience in clinical management, education, system design, project development and implementation, quality improvement science, and stakeholder engagement. Trained in the IHI Model for Improvement and LEAN/Six Sigma for Healthcare he is on the faculty for the Quality and Safety Course through NAEMSP. He led his agencies participation in the NEMSQA Lights and Siren Collaborative and shares his QI expertise and experience to support other NEMSQA members in their quality improvement journey and is an active member of the measure implementation and measure analysis and research committees. His approach to improvement has earned him the title of The Community Builder. He is also the creator and host of the QI Punks podcast.
