With over 32 years of experience in healthcare, Jeff brings a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in patient care, quality, revenue, and organizational effectiveness. A registered nurse who “grew up” in the hospital setting, Jeff advanced from roles as an Emergency Room Nurse and Flight Nurse to Associate Administrator and Executive Leader, overseeing more than a dozen departments and over 1,600 employees. This breadth of experience has given Jeff a deep understanding of what it takes to move healthcare organizations to the next level.
A transformational and collaborative leader, Jeff is dedicated to building engaged teams that share a passion for exploring innovative approaches to healthcare delivery. Drawing on a strong clinical background, Jeff excels at working in dyads with physician leadership to achieve shared goals and drive continuous process improvement.
Currently, Jeff serves as the Chief Air Medical Officer at Airlift Northwest and Associate Administrator for Laboratory Medicine, Pathology, and Operators at Harborview Medical Center—a 413-bed academic medical center and the only Level I trauma and burn center in the WAMI region. In addition, Jeff serves on the boards of the Association of Air Medical Services and the Medic One Foundation, chairs the federal advisory committee on Air Ambulance Quality and Patient Safety, and leads the Northwest Air Ambulance Response Group.
Known as the “grease” of the organization, Jeff works tirelessly to implement the tools, systems, and processes that empower teams to perform at their best—ensuring the highest standards of care for patients and their families.
