Brian Fosse serves as the Subject Matter Expert for the Vellox Group for the CAD, where he helps shape the future of emergency communications technology. Before taking on this role, he led the Communications Center for Geisinger Life Flight in Danville, PA, overseeing a busiest and respected air medical dispatch programs.

With more than 25 years in public safety—including two decades in EMS and 16 years in emergency communications—Brian has built a career grounded in service, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. He also served on the Board of Directors for IAMTCS, contributing his expertise and vision to advance the profession at a national level.

An educator at heart, Brian has spent the past eight years teaching EMS students, where his real‑world experience and engaging style prepare the next generation of responders for the challenges of the field. He holds an AAS in Business Management and maintains professional credentials including NREMT, CFC, ACS, EMD, CTO, CCS, CMTE, and CADS, reflecting his dedication to continuous learning and professional excellence.

Known for blending technical expertise with practical insights, Brian excels at bridging the gap between dispatch operations and frontline EMS, always keeping patient outcomes at the center of his work. Outside of his professional accomplishments, he is deeply passionate about fostering collaboration, mentoring emerging leaders, and driving innovation that strengthens emergency response systems.
