Dr. Grabowski is the former Manager of Clinical Operations for Children's Nebraska Critical Care Transport team, and currently serves as Executive Consultant for the program through his firm Critical Care Transport Soultions, LLC. Prior to his work at Children's Nebraska, Dr. Grabowski was the Chief Flight Nurse Practitioner for Metro Life Flight in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Grabowski is dual-boarded as an adult and pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, and also serves as Officer-in-Charge of the Advanced Trauma Life Support section of the 629th Forward Resuscitative Surgical Team, US Army Reserve; deployed to Syria and Iraq , 2022. Throughout his roles at Children's Nebraska, Metro Life Flight, the US Army, and as Faculty at Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Grabowski is an avid educator and lecturer. Dr. Grabowski leverages his 20 years experience in Fire, EMS, and Nursing to bring relevant advanced practice knowledge and current evidence to emergency and critical care practitioners at any level. Dr. Grabowski lectures often on pediatric trauma (to include blunt and blast trauma in Syria and Iraq), at local, regional, and nationally CME offereings and conferences. Dr. Grabowski is a two-time author of general trauma management and neurologic trauma chapters of ASTNA Principles and Practice textbook (5th and 6th ed), pulished research and journal article author, and he holds faculty appointment at Case Western Reserve University, Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, in the Flight Nursing/Critical Care Transport program.
