Tracy is the Chief Flight Nurse for Air Link in Scottsbluff, NE and has been actively flying as a nurse/paramedic since 1997. She has spoken at a variety of national and local EMS, nursing, and air medical conferences since 1995. Tracy is active in ASTNA, has served on the Advisory Committee, as well as teaches the flight certification course. She has served as faculty at ENA and INS Conferences, and has been a reviewer/contributor for the CPEN (Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse) Review Manual. Tracy is an active member of NEAAMS, as well as the new State Association Committee (SAC), where the goal is to help other states develop their own intrastate network of collaborators focused on promoting a high level of industry safety.

Tracy is passionate about continually raising the bar in transport medicine while fostering a culture that strives to ensure everyone comes home.
