Dusty Blumbergs

Dusty Blumbergs is a 20-year veteran of the 911 communications field with a strong focus on emergency preparedness and response planning. Originally from New York, Dusty now resides in the Western North Carolina region, where she proudly serves her community with dedication and compassion. Throughout her career, she has established Emergency Operations Center (EOC) practices aimed at enhancing agency readiness and operational continuity.

For the past five years, Dusty has worked in the air medical and EMS transport field, applying her emergency preparedness expertise to support critical care and transport operations. She is certified in Instructor Development and is passionate about training, mobility planning, and ensuring that emergency services are equipped to respond effectively in any crisis.
