Megan has been a RN for nearly 23 years in a variety of practice backgrounds including medical-surgical, critical care, psychiatry, and logistics. She has a passion for leadership and has served in nursing administration roles for the past 18 years. She completed a MSN program with a focus on interdisciplinary teamwork and nursing education and a DNP program with a focus on administration at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She serves as adjunct faculty with Chamberlain University working with students in their doctoral programs. She teaches review courses for the nurse executive certification. She is also a TeamSTEPPS coach and Friday Night at the ER game facilitator.
